Hawaii Rush SC Teams Up with Roundglass Living for a Wholistic Approach to Wellbeing

At Hawaii Rush SC, we’re all about taking care of every aspect of your wellbeing, not just your physical health. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our new partnership with Roundglass Living, a Wholistic Wellbeing app full of science-backed techniques to help our athletes be their best selves and realize their full potential—on and off the field.

Free access to the Roundglass Living app is now available to all Hawaii Rush SC members for a year. The app offers a ton of features designed to empower athletes to prioritize their mental health and emotional wellbeing.

A daily feed of tips, affirmations, and activities encourages and motivate players with expert advice so they can fuel victory every day in all aspects of their lives.
Daily mood check-ins encourage players to track their sense of wellbeing over time for increased self-awareness.
Custom reminders are a great way to start or keep up with new healthy habits.

The Roundglass Living app can help anyone reach their wellbeing goals (we’re looking at you, coaches and parents!), whether that’s stressing less, sleeping better, or improving your mood. The app gives you daily reminders and access to expert-led practices to support your wellbeing, including:

Guided meditations
Mindfulness techniques
Relaxing music and sleep stories
Yoga and breathwork videos
Tips for healthy eating

Roundglass Living’s Wholistic Wellbeing practices combine research-backed techniques and traditional wisdom to help you improve any area of your life. So whether you want to shake off some pregame nerves, boost your mid-game focus, grab a snack, or stay motivated after an injury, the practices are a great way to relax and recenter.

Contact your coach for your team code.
Download the app and register with your email address.
Once you’re logged in, click redeem code on subscription page and enter your team code.
Once your code is verified, restart the app and start browsing!
