Rush Thunder is an adaptive soccer program for children with intellectual, emotional, or physical disabilities. Our program is affiliated with US Youth Soccer (USYS) TOPSoccer.
US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a recreational sports program for children and adults with intellectual, emotional, or physical disabilities offered only through local US Youth Soccer-affiliated soccer clubs. TOPSoccer provides people with diverse abilities an opportunity to play soccer in a structured environment that is safe, fun, supportive, and inclusive.

TOPSoccer was formed to perpetuate the US Youth Soccer mission statement which is, in part, "to foster the physical, mental and emotional growth and development of America's youth through the sport of soccer at all levels of age and competition." There are thousands of children with disabilities who need and can be provided with, the opportunity to play soccer through the TOPSoccer program.
The Thunder Program costs $150 per player for the season.
Yes. Hawaii Rush Soccer Club will refund players on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you registered for the Thunder Program and need a refund.
The Winter Thunder Program is open!
The 6-week program will run from January 10, 2025 - February 21, 2025. The players will train once per week for about 1.5 hours on Fridays at the Waipio Peninsula Soccer Park, Field 15.
Players will receive a soccer ball and a Rush Thunder tee shirt.
The Spring Thunder Program will be a 6-week program slated for March, April, or May 2025. The players will train once per week for about 1.5 hours on Fridays at the Waipio Peninsula Soccer Park, Field 15.
